	and give the repentance that brings salvation.

	for making and restoring us,
	for pardoning our wrongs as we pardon our wrongers,
	and for all the weal we've had.

	for coming among us in Christ,
	for renewing us by his flawless life and resurrection,
	and for the resulting fulfilment.

	pray guard, heal and strengthen our bodies, 
	guide and illumine our minds,
	fill us with your spirit - with goodness, wisdom, vigour, zeal and joy,
