Source and goal of our life and world,
well done, and thank you for this and every day,
	for all good things and for all life's possibilities.
Thank you for making and preserving [me],
	for pard'ning my wrongdoings and turning me to welldoing,
	and for all the weal [I]'ve had.
Thank you for coming among us in Christ,
	for renewing the world through his endurance and resurrection,
	for [my] rebirth in him
	and for the fulfillment he will bring when he returns.
In [my family and country] and beyond
	pray turn souls to welldoing,
	bring them to rebirth in Christ,
	and guide all things to their proper end.
On this and every day
	pray guard, heal and strengthen [this body],
	guide and illumine [this mind] to think clearly, choose wisely and work well,
	fill [me] with your spirit of goodness, wisdom, vigour, zeal and joy,
	and use [me] as fits.
