Relaunching God's Nation
Our assessment is of The West. This page is based mainly on experience of England but is intended to apply to the whole West. Outside the West some things are better and some things are worse, and I make no attempt to weigh the one against the other.
It is never possible to give in advance a blueprint for a new society, only sketchy thoughts. (If it has a blueprint it's a cult not a society!) A full picture requires the coordinated efforts of many over a period of time. And in formulating these thoughts I have been isolated, thrown back on my own thoughts. But I will say what I feel confident of.
The Blockage

The modern State blocks the service of God. If Babel is full of inaccuracies, obscurities, betrayals etc we can serve God while they serve Satan, but the monster of injustice known as "The State" blocks this at every turn. Dominant regimes are more encroachive than ever before. They strangle all attempts to reform society along ripening lines. Details...
While this continues, however diligently reborn souls try to coordinate, the relaunch cannot occur. In this respect the position of reborns today resembles Israel in Egypt rather than the first reborns in the Roman Empire. The gangsterism of Rome which the first reborns faced was generally relatively mild by modern standards. Men were generally free to go about their business, associate with one another, rule their families, etc. as they saw fit, with only a small proportion of their produce being seized by the regime. Today the regimes oppress us in almost every area of our life.
We need to gain freedom at any cost, for without it we cannot serve God.

Gender Roles
Gender roles have been devastated, the most far-reaching violation of natural principles needing to be reversed. Once our society is set on its proper pillars of family and freedom, every realm of human activity can resume healthy development.
The illusion of a conflict of interests between the sexes, fostered by regimes to divide us, is so prevalent that women have lagged behind men in recognising the root cause of the decay of family life. (This is seen, for instance, in differential political voting patterns.) Whether this illusion blocks some women from being reborn or merely hinders their understanding of what serving God involves, God's nation relaunched may initially contain more men than women. But when men gain their freedom women will find their place.
Clearing the Blockage

C. S. Lewis, That Hideous Strength. Lewis would not initially have approved my use of his words, but I like to think that he would have come round.
How to clear the blockage? I will try to list all the worthwhile avenues.
Some of us may be called to focus on some avenues, others on others, but every reborn is called to pursue at least one avenue. (And hand-wringing does not count!)
There are two types of avenue. Both can be pursued (for at least part of the way) in alliance with any unreborns who love freedom enuf.
Liberational avenues are only needed because of the blockage and only indirectly prepare the relaunch. They can be pursued all the way to completion in alliance with any unreborns who share our Ethos.
Constructive avenues would have been needed anyway and directly prepare the relaunch. Some of them will continue after the liberation phase into the nation-forming phase, and at that time reborns will need to pursue them separately from any unreborn allies.
All these avenues need to be pursued simultaneously.
How far alliances with unreborns can go depends on how much they love freedom.
(For instance, some profess to agree with us on freedom but not on family. Their view is not sustainable since stable society is impossible unless women are ruled, but it remains to be seen how they will act if we get free from the Fake Father. They may begin to fill the vacuum with a new Fake Father, a State in all but name.)
Liberational Avenues
Infiltrate (Work within regimes' political structures.)
How to go about this depends on the voting system.
Where legislatures represent viewpoints (as in "proportional representation"), if we are many enuf to gain representation on legislative bodies, we should field candidates for election.
Where legislatures represent locations (as in "first past the post"), we should be especially keen to cluster, but meanwhile we should vote for whichever parties are most Libertarian. Details...
Negotiate (Ask the regimes for freedom.)
As Moses said to Pharaoh, so must we say to the regimes who oppress us: "Thus says Yahweh the god of Israel: Let my people go, that they may serve me." At first, probably, like Pharaoh, they will only smile. "Who is Yahweh that I should let Israel go?" But we know what happened to him!
Be ready to compromise. If a regime grants partial liberation (devolution), take it and then reassess the expediency of further measures.
Mobilise (Prepare for armed struggle.)

If like Pharaoh the regimes harden their hearts, then like Pharaoh they will need to be forced.
Such warfare will initially be asymmetrical (covert). Regimes will call it "terrorism".
The smaller the group, the less such action is likely to be expedient or even possible. The more numerous they become, and the less likely it seems that other liberational avenues will bear fruit, the more expedient it is likely to be to act militarily or at least to prepare for it.
As with any other liberation struggle, if reborns have the right numbers, skills and opportunities, they can destroy encroachers' capacity to dominate a land where the reborns are clustered. Short of that, physical damage accompanied by messages demanding freedom may have some effect both in gathering support and in demoralising the enemy.
If the other liberational avenues succeed, armed struggle will not be needed, but reborns should not hold their breath. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst!

This seems extreme.
Maybe you are unreborn. Even if you profess to share our Creed and Ethos, and assent to the need for a relaunch, the final test of whether you have been born again is whether you will support the preparations, to which all reborns are called, for armed resistance.
Or maybe you have been misled by Statist teaching. The first generation of Christians faced little encroachment from the Roman regime that dominated their lands, so saw no need to resist it. They may not even have noticed the evil of Statery. Christians have been lulled by centuries of relatively mild regimes, stupefied by a few verses of the New Covenent Book that seem to condone Statery, and misled by Biblicist teachers into taking such convenient passages literally while shrugging off inconvenient passages with bountifully-imaginative excuses.
Constructive Avenues
Coordinate
Of all these avenues, this is the most directly nation-forming.
In every kind of joint activity, seek opportunities to coordinate with reborns rather than with outsiders. Some degree of coordination can begin immediately, but fuller coordination requires preparation by the following avenues.
Cleanse
If any dealings with unreborns are necessary, keep them transactional not covenantal. Never get entangled with unreborns.
In particular, strive to avoid your children being infected with Psephogyny and Statery. Instead bring them up to respect Androcracy and Property.
Cluster (Congregate)
Insofar as reborns' dwellings are too scattered for effective coordination, seek opportunities to move them closer together. This avenue is primarily constructive, but it also has liberational benefits.
It facilitates evading the regime's hindrances.
It strengthens our hand in negotiating with the regime.
It improves the prospects for an armed liberation struggle.
